Knitters & Friends sells digital knitting patterns.
After purchasing the digital pattern, you will receive an email with a link to download the pattern in PDF-file.
The knitting patterns are for personal use only. The patterns or products made with the pattern must not be copied, sold, or shared in any way.

ADDRESS AND EMAIL INFORMATIONS
Please make sure, that you give the correct email address, when placing an order. If the email address provided is incorrect, you will not receive an order confirmation or your download links.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Upon order completion you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you have given.

PAYMENT
Knitters & Friends accepts payment with payment cards, credit cards and PayPal.
All given prices on the website are incl. VAT.
Prices on the website are shown in euros.
Payments to Knitters & Friends are processed through a secure payment server that encrypts all information using an SSL protocol, which means that your data is safe and secure and cannot be read or accessed by third parties.
DELIVERY
All patterns are digital files. You will receive a download link shortly after the payment. Check carefully that you give the correct email address in your order to receive the file.
Orders for tote bags and caps are shipped with Posti and are delivered within 3-15 workdays.
We ship orders Monday-Friday, not including bank holidays/closed days.
Orders which are received during the weekend or on a bank holiday are shipped on the first coming workday. Holidays and bank holidays may cause longer delivery times.
Knitters & Friends deliver to EU countries. Shipping cost is calculated according to shipping country.
Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for any and all additional charges at delivery, such as local tax and customs clearance.
All orders shipped are given a tracking number.
UNDELIVERED PARCELS
Please take care to note your deadline for claiming your parcel, if you have chosen to have your order shipped to a pick-up point. If your parcel is not picked up within the given time limit, it is returned to us for a fee. See section on unclaimed parcels.

DAMAGED ORDERS

Please send photos documenting the damage when contacting us.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
There is no return policy for digitally delivered knitting patterns. When purchasing digital products/patterns, you agree upon checkout that there is no 14-day cancellation period for the digital products.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
When purchasing physical products like tote bags or caps, the cancellation period is 14 days.
Please contact us at hello@knittersandfriends.com if you want to return your order. We will provide you with the information on how to return.
The 14 days right of cancellation period begins the day an order is delivered.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all costs associated with the return including custom clearance if the package is sent from a country outside the EU. Returns from outside the EU should be marked clearly as "Goods returned".
Returned products must be unused and returned in appropriate packaging.
Notification of return must be given no more than 14 days after delivery and the return parcel must arrive no more than 14 days after the notice of return has been given.
The customer bears the responsibility for the returned products until Knitters & Friends sends confirmation that the parcel has been received. Returned products must be sent appropriately wrapped and sent with trackable shipping if you want confirmation of delivery.
Your shipping receipt is your documentation that the return parcel has been shipped and given into the care of the shipping company.
Returns are refunded to the same payment method that was used when placing the order.

PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.
